Technical Engineer

Role and Responsibilities 

  •  Setup / maintain Client PC (Hardware & Software).

  •  Install / Troubleshoot (Basic) Network Infrastructure.

  •  Setup / maintain routine backup operation (Daily / Weekly).

  •  End-User Support & Basic Administration.

  •  On-Call User Support.

  •  Prepare System Information document (in ENG).

Qualifications

  •  Male, Thai Nationality only.

  •  Age not over 35 years old

  •  Bachelor's Degree in "Computer Science", "Computer Engineering", or related fields.

  •  At least 1-2 years experience in IT Environment in a role of "User Support", or in relevant work.

  •  Familiar with "System Monitoring" and "Performance Measurement".

  •  Skillful in Windows Client Administration is a must.

  •  Certify MCP / MCTS is a plus.

  •  Good Command for both written and spoken English.

  •  An ability to work under dynamic environment and manage aggressive timeline.

  •  Good team player.
